ABOUT The Dynamic movement
"The Dynamic Movement", originally known as "The Dynamic Dancers" was founded in 2017, by Kyshaya "Shaya" Hariley. The company started off as an empowering movement, with the goal to provide a safe haven for training and to provide opportunities, for dancers whom are often overlooked in the industry such as minority dancers, plus-size dancers, and many others. With Shaya's broad background in music, the company later expanded into an multi-faced talent agency that provides training and personal development, as well as performance opportunities, for both dancers and many different types of talents.

Here at The Dynamic Movement, we believe in making a difference within the community. Our mission is to grow a community of individuals with exceptional talent, and provide personal growth and development for all, regardless of experience, background, or following. Our goal is to be more than just a company, but a movement.

Our logo was designed by Pablo R. Garcia, graphic designer of New York. This logo features a curvy dancer in an elegant pose, with fiery, playful curls, really representing the "face" of the company.
Shaya Hariley
Shaya was born and raised in Neptune, New Jersey. She was born into a family with many musical talents, which instilled in her the drive to be in the entertainment industry. Shaya was fortunate enough to be provided with the opportunity to teach dance as her first job, at the young age of 14 years old. She was given her own camp program, which later due to it's success, turned into a year-round program. She choreographed quarterly recitals, and her students performed in local showcases and events for 6 years, until she made the brave decision to move her career to Florida.
Shaya moved to Florida to chase her dreams of making a difference in the industry, for the love of music. She has had the opportunity to work with many Underground Vocal Artists and showcase her talent on the stage!
